Is It Safe To Give Panadol For Constipation In Children?

Hi my baby is 2 years old . She was suffering from diarrohea since last week. But in the last two days she has got really high fever like 39 degrees celsius. And now she is constipated. Im giving her panadol 4 times a day. But fever goes and comes back again. She is not eating too. Dont know what to do?

panadol does not necessarilly cause constipation.It could be lack of Hydration and not able to ingest food also. Baby should be seen by pediatrician ans other causes for fever ruled out by clinical exams, lab work and possible Xray of the chest.
