Is It Safe To Eat Pistachio And Veggies Like Cauliflower, Spinach, Etc For A Person With Goiter?

I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH GOITRE AND WAS TOLD NOT TO EAT MY FAVOURITE VEGGIES: BROCCOLLI CAULIFLOWER, SPINACH, PEANUTS. IS IT SAFE TO EAT PISTACHIO? ALSO , CAN YOU CONFIRM ABOUT THE VEGGIES? I CAN'T SEEM TO 'SURVIVE' WITHOUT THEM. THANK YOU.

Hi, you can eat spinach and paenuts.
But you should not eat cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage thse are goitogenic foods, so avoid them.
