Hi,
Welcome to HCM
You may go for Liposuction, but before that you make sure that,
1.Your Blood pressure and Diabetes is well controlled.
2. You are taking healthy diet, prescribed according to your health status,
3. Doing exercise ( within your limits of pain, recommended are- Swimming, water aerobics, or just walking in swimming pool, and walking for 10 minutes after each meal)
4. Avoiding smoking, Alcohol etc.
5. Tried with anti obesity drugs .
These drugs are indicated in you, and can try under supervision of your
Doctor.
6. Never go for those diet or herbal and other alternative therapies who claim that within short period, you will loose so much of weight etc. Your weight reduction should be consistent and slow, otherwise you may end up in Other problems like Gall stones, and Kidney problems.
7. Make sure that after surgery, you continue with your healthy life style .
8. Rule out any other cause of Obesity, like Thyroid disorder, Pitutary or adrenal disease.

All the best
