Is It Safe To Consume Both Zerodol P And Ultracet Together?

For hip pain for which we saw an orthopod today, my 78 year old mother was prescribed Zerodol P as well as Ultracet to take twice a day for 7 days. He does not have a definite diagnosis, xrays were normal. He thinks this is old age. Is this combination commonly used? Is it safe to use both at the same time? Lastly, is there any problem with taking it when also taking Plavix 150 mg per day (acutely post stent placement), 150 mg Aspirin per day? Her other meds I think are OK - oral hypoglycemics and antihypertensives. Thank you SO much for any advice.
