Is It Possible To Naturally Conceive After Suffering Miscarriage?

Hello docotor My age is 35 height is 5.1 and weight 54 kg. I have done 1 miscarriage in 2010 after that not conceive. My amh level is 1.2. I am taking DHEA 25 mg in a day last 15 days. Is it possible for naturally conceive or i should go for IVF. Please suggest me what should i do.

Hi,

Considering your age and AMH level I would suggest you approach a Reproductive medicine specialist and have follow up. If you haven't tried IUI, they might plan for one if both tubes are patent. IVF is also an option. You can discuss with your doctor and take decision based on the scan findings of ovarian reserve. AMH is a relative figure and scan findings will give a clear picture to take decision about IUI or IVF.
