Hi & Welcome to Health care magic
I appreciate your concern for your height.

It is not possible to increase the height after the age of 23 years.
Usually the growing ends of the long bones fuse at puberty around 15 years in males and two years earlier in females. Once the growing ends (epiphyses) fuse with the long bones further increase in the length of long bones and hence the height in total is unlikely.

As such there is no specific vegetable or fruit that can increase the height.
However a balanced diet rich in proteins (like meat, fish, and poultry) which contain essential amino acids are required for the growth of the muscles.

Smoking will not affect the efficiency of growth hormone. However smoking can cause a number of diseases involving brain, heart, lungs, stomach, etc.

Hope this answers your query.
