Is it possible to have another tummy tuck less than a year after the first? I had one 12-1-11 & my surgeon did not use dissovable sutures for the muscle repair. I have had belly button trouble for the last 8 months. In May 2011, he yanked some braided green sutures through my belly button. In June, nothing more was found. In July I was packing the wound & on 10 day antibiotics . It seemed to finally close shut...now I have an appointment because I have not only a protusion but a big green thread (that s anchored somewhere) coming out of by umbilicus (no longer closed shut). I am afraid he will yank the suture again & the issue will never get fully resolved. Are dissolvable internals sutures just as effective & is another tummy tuck possible?
