Is It Possible To Have A Heart Attack At The Age Of 30? And What Are The Signs?
Is it possible to have a heart attack at the age of 30? Just wondering
If so what are the signs Ive searched everywhere on the net and got no answer just a bunch of crap
Just to clarify i do not suspect one on myself i am just doing some research
Unfortunate its possible to have a heart attack at any age, young or old. I would say if it happened when you were still reasonably young such as yourself, the chances are lower because you've not been around long enough to get the general wear and tear of a heart that becomes diseased.
Again it can happen and is predicted to happen at younger ages now, because of the way people eat, and its supposedly the children of today that are doomed to getting such things in their 40's, due to the fast foods and too much fats that we eat. So its worth while study your own style of food and if need be makes amends. Grill instead of fry, use lower calories foods, drinks lots of water and do things like that, to keep our cholesterol down.
Remember, prevention is better than cure !!
