Hi Dr.Prasad, This is selvan from USA, my warm greetings. been with dandruff for close to a decade now, went to dermatologist in apollo cancer speciality in 2011 when i visited chennai, upon initial check , got prescribed Neutriderm (anti fungal) and Tarry shine (coal tar) shampoo, to be used in the same order in a week , so 2 hair wash/ week and asked to come back in 3 months, and i returned to usa. And the common human habit of not following the prescription as it is prescribed did stick with me, and time went on. for a year i used them, just one wash a week , was growing hair then, so l a z y to take 2 washes a week. and with everything remaining the same, now i made up to fix this, tonsure my head and use them until my scalp gets good. so far its all scaly flakes and oily as it was. your comments on this ?
