Is It Okay To Smoke Before Undergoing Rhinoplasty?

Hello,
I am having rhinoplastry in 5 days. PS told me to quit smoking at least 3 weeks before surgery but I have been having a smoke here and there and now surgery is getting close I am more nervous and have had few cigarettes yesterday and one today. Should I re-schedule my appointment or is it ok to go ahead?
