Is It Ok To Jog With A Hole In The Ear?

air comes out from my left ear after hitting on my ear ,doctor advised it is a small hole it will heal soon dunnt worry and he gave some medicines stil i feel same problem almost 20 days completed and he advised dont caugh . can i go jogging ? or it will tear bcz of that force ,could you please suggest me

Yes, your doctor is right. Small tympanic membrane perforation usually heals by itself.
No harm in jogging as it has no effect on tympanic membrane perforation.
You should avoid water, dust, chemical inside ear.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
Avoid excessive coughing and sneezing.
Wait for 1 month more for healing. If you still not improving then surgical repair of tympanic membrane (tympanoplasty) is needed.
At present, you can jog, no harm in it.
