Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
Viginal discharge which is thin and watery, during the course of
pregnancy is considered to be normal most of the times.
You need to seek medical attention if the discharge is copious, continuous and fishy-smelling as
yeast infections with or without bacterial infection, are very common during pregnancy because of
hormonal and other changes.
Kindly do the following to overcome the symptoms.
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like
Savlon thrice daily.
2. Use pH balancing solution like 'v wash' regularly.
3. Wear loose fitting undergarments and avoid friction in the area.
Avoid sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
Maintain clean and proper genital hygiene.
In case the symptoms persists and does not improve by above measures, you need to consult Gynecologist and get treated promptly.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
