Is It Normal To Have Spots Or Lumps Between Breasts Due To Sunburn?

I found a lump (small) in between my breasts close to the top of them. It is currently located under a brown spot I received after a major sunburn in Costa Rica 4 years ago. The spots themselves have been looked at and I was told there is no concern on the spots themselves. It is not painful or itchy at this time. Has gotten a bit smaller in the past 3 hours. Odd?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The breast lump and the spot which you have are nothing to do with each other the spot is local lesion while the lump is inside the breast and could be fibroid adenoma the local lesion can be treated with some local steroid contain cream while nothing to do with lump it may some time vanishes without any treatment hope this will be your answer have nice day.
