Is It Normal To Have Mucus In The Morning After Rotator Cuff Surgery?
i just had rotator cuff repair surgery. when i first wake up in the morning i cough up a little brown mucus then it turns to yellow after that. is this normal? i normally have a sinus problem and i have had the upper lobe of my right lung removed 12 years ago; wasn t cancer. thank you, brenda joseph sorry about the typing. using left finger to type this; i am right handed

Regarding your query there is no direct relation with rota tor cuff surgery and cough.
usually there will be some mucus in the morning while you cough.
it is normal.
