Is It Normal To Have Irritated Lungs After A Drug Study Of Kalydeco?

I am on a drug study to try and make kalydeco work for the majority of CF patients. I started the drug a week ago and 2 days after I started it I had a terrible headache all day. Since then I have been ungodly tired and lethargic with tight irritated lungs. Is this normal for the early stage of perhaps adjusting to kalydeco?

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi,
You need to immediately report the symptom to study coordinator/ principal investigator since it may be a side effect of the medicine under trial. Further continuation of the experimental drug should be as per the medical advice. Visit and get clinically examined by a Pulmonologist at the earliest.
