Is It Normal To Have Growing, Raised Rash On Body In Spite Of Taking Ceftin?

hi my husband found a tiny tick on himself and removed it and one week later had the round classic rash. HE went to our family dr and was prescribed ceftin. he has been taking as prescribed. now we see the rash is much larger and raised- looking worse, not better. is this normal?

This might be an allergic reaction which needs treatment.Usually we prefer steroids and antihistamines medication. Please discuss with your doctor for this.
