Is It Normal To Have Diarrhea When On Bactrim?
I have been taking Bactrim for Acne for at least 5 years. I just stopped taking it 2/23/2014. Now I have diarehha &b mucus mostly in the am. Is this normal? Anything I can do to relieve this symptom? Also, my white blood cell count has been lower than normal for the last 5 years, any correlation?

I really appreciate your concern the diarrhea that you are having is not because of the medicine (Bectrim ) but could be due to protozoa infection, in my opinion this could be treated with the Tab Metronidazole 400 mg three times in day for five days hope this information helps you have good day.
