Is It Normal To Have A Bump After Hitting?

Hi, I hit my head and now there s a bump, its been there for about 6 days it doesn t hurt but when I press on it, it starts to hurt , Its located right above my temple . It feels like a pea sized bump. any ideas on what it could be ? or is it normal ?
