hello sir: my age is 25 male h-5.5 w-58, i would like to know is it normal i urinate today and after urinate felt few drops of sperm came out is it good sign or no please explaine me thanks.

its normal thing,but what come out after urine is not sperm but thick fluid-
u might have ghat syndrome.
but if it occur only for one time u need not to worry at all
drink more water
keep ur penis clean .
