Hi,My name is Jaita Sen and im from India.I am 23 years of age,my height is 5 ft 3 inches and i weigh about 65 kgs.my question is that i get cramps in my stomach every alternate month.is it natural? But although i have periods every month which lasts about 3 to 4days.Previously my flow during early years used to be heavy for 5 to 7 days but now i get periods which is alternately heavy (4 days) and light(heavy in 1st day and light in the 2nd and finishes by the 3rd day) in successive months .is there a problem?or does the amount reduce with age.im worried .please help.
