Is It Normal To Feel Your Heart Beating All The Time ?

Is it normal to feel your heart beating all the time ? Especially after excersise, you can like see my chest moving and if I put my hand out in front you can see it moving. But this is usually when I have exercised but I am allways aware of my pulse. Its freaking me out a bit.

Yes it's normal, everytime my heart beats my left boob shakes.. I can also hear my heartbeat quite loudly in my left ear. The skinnier you are the more prominent it is.
