Is It Normal To Feel Palpitations When Climbing Stairs In A 22 Yo Whose Resting Heart Rate Is 80/100?

My resting heart rate is around 80 to 100. But when I walk up my house stairs. I can feel high palpitation. Izit normal? I am 22 years old. I have heart beat phobia I guess. I will easily get panic when my heart rate is high, I scared I may get a heart attack. Please help!!!!

I can understand this, this is normal phenomenon and could happen with normal subject too but this could be more audible and intense if Hemoglobin level is very low it is better to get done the Hb test, hope this information helps you take care and have good day.
