hello sir: my age is 25 male h-5.5 w-58, i would like to know is it normal i urinate today and after urinate felt few drops of sperm came out is it good sign or no please explaine me thanks.

Few drops of whitish liquid coming out after completion of urination might not have sperms but might have some phosphate salt precipitated.
Nothing to worry.
Take plenty of water.
If doubt go for urine report and clear your doubt.
Avoid spicy and junk food.
Take less phosphate containing veggies and diet.
Ok and take care.
