Is It Normal For My Back To Pop When I Move My Legs When Suffering From Arthritis?

Been having back pain for awhile. At night when I move my legs my low back will pop. If I try to lay on my stomach and move my head - my low back pops. I have arthritis and stenosis. Is the popping normal. Grinding I can understand, but not sure about the popping. Also have burning sensation in hips if I try and lay on either side.

Dear Sir,

It is sign of mild degeneration of bones generally when you hear popping or indicate presence of loose body .
