Hello I sprained my ankle 6 weeks ago and yesterday I tripped... I have been feeling pain around the whole ankle and at work even though i bring a doctor note saying I can't be standing, they have making me walk and move around and make my pain worse. I m seeing my doctor next week, but is the first time ever I sprain my ankle. Some times i feel pins and needles and tingling, numbness and sometimes my feet gets really cold and become very red.

Im 24 years, female, 5'6, weight 162, waist 32 , I live in the USA, and i work as a cashier

Hi,

I have gone through your query.
It takes time for sprained ankle ankle to heal despite medication and rest. Since you got tripped again, this caused the ongoing symptoms.
It will not resolve completely if you continue to move and avoid medicines.
Immobilization of the affected foot along with NSAIDs like ibuprofen will relief of your symptoms. Do consult a doctor soon and take rest.
