Is it normal for a 26 year old to have a BMI of 23 ?

im a woman age 26yrs, weighing 58kg and my height 157cm with a body fat of 30%. my BMI 23. am i in the fair range?

Body mass index (BMI) is measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. according to the data you have given your BMI roughly comes around 23 which is very much in the right range.Stay in shape.
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
