Is It Necessary To Give Lactogen 2 After 6 Months?

Hi Doc,

My son has completed 6 months on 19 June, 14 and I have started feeding him Lactogen 2 a week before he turned 6 month old. Now, his health is not good , he developed motions after every feed and after every hour. I am worried as its been a week and after consulting doctor we started giving him Zn20 and Prowel medicines but it was of no use.
For last 2 days we started giving him Entogermina after consulting doc. again.

Please suggest what shall we do now and shall we continue giving him Lactogen 2 or replace it with Lactogen 1 ?

Waiting for your reply.

Thanks and Regards

hai,

Lactogen may be unsuitable for certain individuals not because of any abnormalities.
constitutional difference and response to food supplement will vary with every individual child.
if lactogen doesn't suits your son then better go for other choices with the help of your pediatrician..because lactogen 1 and 2 differs in quantity of ingredients and little added supplements.

thank you
hope i answered your query.
