Is It Necessary To Get A Booster To The Depo Shot?
What does getting a booster to the Depo shot do? I ve been bleeding when I urinate and have an increase of cramping. This has been going on for a month now, however the first time in 7 years that it s happened while being on the Depo shot. The Dr recommended that I get a booster to the Depo shot. Is this normal?

Depo shots for contraception is given as per schedule of one to two doses. In case you are continuously bleeding, I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, investigations and thus management.
