can you die from not eating sugar? well I feel like I can't get enought sugar or I don't have enough or something like that. I was wondering and my girlfriend looked it up but didn't find anything that said that it does or even doesn't. and was wondering if you could so please help

One should use low sugar but 40 percent of carbohydrates of daily food intake. Consult a dietitian for further dietary plan and better guidance. Body itself has its own ways to make glucose so no worries if your glucose intake is low.what usually is thought low is not low from professional point of view. Take care
