Hi,
The anal pain you have may be-
Due to excessive strain/ stress ,handling of the delicate skin/mucus membrane of anus for6 hours(!)
Anal fissure is bound to recur ( unless taken care for) after habituated constipation/straining.
you should-
-take a schitz bath with warm water,3 times a day.,apply Lignocain +hydrocortisone ointment to the area gently after that.
- avoid straining, take Glycerine syringe for bowel clearance , Put the ointment before & after defecation.
- You can add pain killer of NSAID group after food.
- take glycerine suppository ,till the pain subsides.
- take mild purgative (liquid paraffin daily& keep the stool smooth)
-Have increased (300gms) in your diet along with lot of water. this will help softening of stools.
- have regular exercises daily.
- consult a doctor for possibility of fissure & take treatment advised.
Thanks.
