IN the given situation, You seems to suffer from-Bloated abdomen with Second redo, causing more gagging from intestinal ileus some times.This could happen from tight redo, not allowing burping of gases, leading to bloating and increased acidity, which leads to increased gagging. Reducing acidity and giving liquid diets to reduce the ileus, from solid food indigestions, and gradual upgradation of diet from liquid porridges to full solid diet-over a time would resolve this -issue of gagging/ bloating after redo and is a result of mismatched diet ingested causing ileus and gauging. USG study of abdomen and Relief with liquid diet and proton pump inhibitors would confirm the above problem. GERD is known to cause erosive gastritis and bleeding from severe esophagitis.But the Redo-is known to cause more gag with bloating either from tightened fundoplication, for which gradual and slow change over from liquid diet to semisolid to solid diet would be needed in your case.
