Is It Due To Duphastan There Is Delay In Periods?

i am 29 yrs old trying for pregnancy now detected with choclate cyst of 2.99 mm and advised to take duphaston 10 mg for 21 days and i have finished my dosage on 23 but my periods date was 20 so should i go for pregnency test or the duphastan tablet causes the delay in periods.please advise if the cyst is curable with medicines as im scared of the laproscopy part.
