Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

After a head trauma the most important concern is loss of consciousness, difficulty on remembering the episode and any associated nausea or vomiting.
In absence of this signs there is no need to worry, but the first 48 hours you should seek medical care if any of these signs appears.

Regarding the bump, which is a local edema in the hitting site, it is normal to have pain and this pain gets worse on moving the facial muscles. Still, it is normal, and you should not worry, nor you need any drug for this. Everything should resolve in 5-7 days.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
