Is It Common For Anger State Of Mind To Cause Blackout?

I am 14 years old. When I become angry, extreme pressure comes into my head and I can no longer think. I verbally lash out, but then I can never remember what I said. I feel like most times I will blackout. Is this a common thing caused by anger? This has noticeably increased in a years time.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is normal to have bad reactions to becoming angry at your age due hormonal changes. However, you should learn how to control yourself. You cannot get blackouts everytime you get angry.

If you cannot succeed on your own, can ask for help:
- family
- friends
- medical services

in order to try to control anxiety and the way you react to stress situations.

Wish you health!
Dr.Albana
