Is It Bad To Take Steriods While Having Concusion?

Is taking steroids while having a concusion really bad? Can it cause the effects of the concusion to worsen? What can happen if someone is taking them with a concusion.

In acute phase of concussion it is found that steroid stops oedema in brain so it is safe in acute phase following brain concussion.
