Nutrilite glucose help is a supplement that is stated to help with metabolism. It is not used to treat diabetes or any illness, this is also stated in the product information.
It is understandable to be concerned about your blood sugar readings. You are presently on glycinorm which is a diabetic medication in the drug family called sulfonyureas. Your doctor may want to consider the use of metformin. This diabetic medication would help to reduce your blood sugars by reducing your body's resistance to its own insulin and unlike the glycinorm would not affect your weight.
In addition lifestyle changes such as exercise and change in diet would be important to help to control your diabetes.
I hope this helps
