Is It A Problem If New Teeth Started Growing Before The Milk Teeth Fall

My kid is 5 and half years old and her bottom front two teeth
have fallen down just a week back. Before they have fallen down,
there were two new teeth started growing behind her botton front teeth.
Does it have impact on her new permanent teeth growth?
Or will she have develop two rows of teeth in her bottom row?
