sir I am suffering from ibs since childhood specially more from 15 years of age and right now my age is 29 years and i am facing right now continously lower abdomen pain with constipation is this 100% curable sir I live at jamshedpur and from where I can get treatment according near to jamshedpur I am taking colspa daily two times of mebrine groub but frequency of problem sudden arises specially in empty stomach

Yes, it is curable with dietary changes with lifestyle modification.Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

Use tablet Normoxin twice a day for five days. use tablet sporulac twice a day for five days. Avoid lactose and gluten-containing food. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
