Is Intake Of Steroid Prednisone Along With Levofloxacin And Fexofenadine Safe?

The doctor prescribed levofloxacin and fexofenadine plus a steriod prednisome. I am not to sure about the drug prednisome because I looked it up in The People s Pharmacy Guide. The guide said it had horrible side effects. Lets concentrate on the antibiotic and antihistimine. Thanks for your attention to this.

1. Levofloxacin: It is used to treat bacterial infection.
2. Fexofenadine: It is an anti-histamine or an anti-allergic and is used to relieve the symptoms caused by allergic reaction like itching, redness, rashes, swelling, hives etc..
3. Prednisolone [Prednisone]: It is a steroid and works by suppressing the immune system that fights naturally against the irritants or diseases in the body..
The medicines prescribed to you does not interact negatively and can be taken as prescribed by your treating physician and should not avoid any medicine on your own for proper resolution of your problem..
You should take all the three medicines as prescribed and in case if there is any side effect you notice which will not necessarily happen, you can consult your treated physician and get the dose altered or get the medicines changed accordingly..
