Is Increasing Weight With Healthy Lifestyle In Teenage Concerning?

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

Hello my name is Jessica im 14 and i have a serious question. When i was in 6th grade i started gaining weight, before i was in 80's low 90's normal weight, but in 6th grade out of nowhere i started gaining weight. I went from 90 to 105 in one year. But then summer came and i ate what i usually did. Fruits, veggies, whole grain. Unlike my friends im the big Health freak. The first 2 months i stayed at my weight then the last month i gained more i went from 105 to 115. Then over the year i gained weight here and there but one day i would be 4 or 5 pounds heavier and the next i would be back to my weight. I am now 135 pounds 5'2 and i eat healthy and exercise while my friends eat TONS of junk food, dont exercise and maintain a slim weight. I just dont get it, do i have a medical problem?

Hello and thank you for your question.
Your weight is normal so I would not worry about it and keep doing what you are doing. Good for you for working to stay healthy.
Here is a site where you can calculate your BMI. As long as you are in the normal range you are okay.
