Is Increased Heart Rate With Constant Chest Pain Dangerous ?

hi.

my age is 25yrs. my height is 5.5 and weight 62.5kgs

in february i got chest pain and had ECG and ECHO which came out to be normal then docter suggested it could be acidity.

the pain is back in june and had TMT which came out to be normal so docter suggested me to do physical exercises as well.

these days when i work hard in gym and climb stairs i feel my heart is racing.

Is it dangerous? and please suggest what would be the maximum heart rate allowed in my case. This is worrying me a lot.

Hello welcome to HCM.
Short ans - Unlikely to look like heart problem.
Detailed ans -
Once 2 d echo and trademill stress test is normal one can surely say at this age that u don't have great problem.
Still if you want to be more confirm than tell your cardiologist to do an holter study, which will record 24 hrs ecg of your heart at your home. So we can get idea tha how is your ecg during your palpitations.
Mostly persons who r lean, who has acidity and dyspepsia problem have palpitations. Which is a normal thing.
Just eat healthy diet and walk around 40 mins in morning..
Don't worry about your heart.
Thank you.
