Is Hysterectomy Advisable For Benign Endometrial Polyp?

I was diagnosed with complex glandular hyperplasia with atypia after having endometrial biopsies. I have multiple cysts in the double layer of the endometrial lining. I was told that it was best to get a hysterectomy, have both my ovaries and cervix removed. My endometrioid polyp was benign. Gynecological cytology report came back negative for intraepithelieal lesion or malignancy. What should I do?
