Hi welcome to HCM
I have gone thru your query regarding level of CPK .
The normal concentration of CPK in the blood of a healthy adult is 22 to 198 units per liter.
Low thyroid function can be a cause of high CPK, so get it checked.
Some medications can also increase CPK. Among them are
amphotericin B, ampicillin, some anesthetics, blood thinners, aspirin, clofibrate,
dexamethasone, furosemide, alcohol, and cocaine.
Studies show that ,sometimes , CPK level can increase with heavy exercise .
Your doctor seems to be right .
To make sure your high CPK is not induced by heavy exercise, don' t do exercise for 5 days and have another test done after that . You can do dance, yoga & deep breathing .
CPK's normal function is the transformation of creatine acid into phosphate, which is a usable source of energy for muscle, heart, and brain cells.
It plays an important role in metabolism but when CPK levels get elevated,
can indicate muscle destruction, heart attacks, central nervous sysmtem issues, and others . Long term exposure of high CPK can load up your kidneys, and may cause muscle loss and weakness.
So you have to be careful not to over indulge in heavy exercise .
But dear ,in fact, whatever the name of the disease be , Every day, we are bombarded with toxins in our environment and in our food which is why
detoxification is such a critical process in your body & weakened immunity . If the detox process is hindered, toxins build up in your body eventually causing acidity and toxemia. These are the root causes of nearly all diseases ,requiring modification of life style and food habits .

Foods like oats, legumes, prunes, apples, carrots, and broccoli keep your intestines from absorbing too much
cholesterol .Inclusion of essential nutriets -fiber green veges .
vitamins and minerals in natural form and
Garlic ,ginger Aloe vera lemon juice 30 ml , Amla ,Turmeric powder a level spoon + almond oil a Tspoon with hot milk ,at bed time, with required work out ---- has long been known to promote a strong immune system ,giving resistance from diseases along with regular exercise , walk , yoga , pranayam .
Avoid processed foods carbs , sugar , fried ,fast foods , Tea , coffee ,alcohol and smoking , stress and
Constipation all will produce biochemical and metabolic conditions in your body that will decrease your immunity, so avoiding is definitely the first step in the right direction to detoxing the body, boosting the immune system .
