Is High BP With Hand And Feet Swelling Of Concern?

i have been told that i have etopic tachycardia. I have shortness of breath alot but am very active. I was told it was from a smaller than normal lower heart chamber but have a healthy heart and will just have to live with it. I have recently been have swelling in my hands and feet and my bp is higher than normal. should i be concerned. And last week i colapsed after playing with my son outside,

hi, certainly you must be concerned. this swelling is probably result of heart failure and you collapsed probably your blood pressure must have fallen may be because of some arrhythmia. You should get yourself evaluated with from local cardiologist. Also you should keep track of bp.
You should consume low salt diet and regular brisk walking. heavy exercises you should avoid till evaluation is completed.
