Hi I came across few adverts and sites which mentioned that by naturally you can put few inches to your height like doing stretches, taking good nutrition.Im 25 years old I just want to increase my height to few more inches. Is there any possibility to increase my height to few inches? Thank you.
Height is mainly dependent on bony skeleton and after secondary centers of growth meet in the bones which usually do so, up to early 20s with slight variations in individuals based on gender and race but after 25 it's almost impossible to gain further lengthening by such methods. Rarely surgical procedures to stretch bones and hormonal support for other tissues growth may be helpful but is associated with so many risks that usually it's not recommended.
Wishing you a healthy life ahead. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
