Is Height Gainer Pro Recommended To Increase Height?

hello doctor,

Had question in regards to height increase after age of 35yers. There is product called "Height gainer Pro" \ Is this product safe and has no side effect ? And also, does it really work ?

Hello dear,

First of all, please do not get influenced by any advertisement or health product which claim to boost your growth hormone & increase height...it may be harmful.

Height of an individual is determined by Genetics, Environmental & Nutritional factors and Hormonal factors (most important the Growth Hormone secreted by pituitary gland in brain)
An individual stops growing in height after the fusion of the Epiphyses (growth plates) of the long bones, which occurs by the age of 17-21 yrs in males.

So...as you are 35 yrs old now, the fusion of epiphyses might have taken place.
An X ray for bone age determination can be taken to look for the same.
Under such circumstances, enhancement in height can be possible only through surgical measures.
Kindly consult an Orthopedician & discuss regarding this.
