General & Family Physician 's  Response
As per your history is concerned you have 60 beats per minutes ,in normal person if beat is >100 it is called tachycardic and if it is <60 beats per 60 seconds it is called bradycardic .So many causes are responsible for it so do an ECG first and tell lead features .you can do a Holter test also which can record upto 48 hours time. After that if sick sinus syndrome found use a pacemaker as well as medications will be added.(Thanks)
