General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

Because of the medical abortion using pills, the uterine walls would be experiencing the contractions and relaxation cycle. The loss of the fetus from the wall of the endometrium could cause the bleeding and so the pain. I would ask you to stay as calm as possible and a warm compress to the region should help. Stay strong.

Best wishes.
