Is Hair Transplant Treatment Safe For Hair Loss?

Hi, I am 23 yrs old. I am suffering from hair loss. Will it be good for me to get hair transplant. Are there any side effects? In case it has no side effects, why don t most men choose to have hair transplant then, espacially when they have no issue of money.

Side effects: Swelling of scalp and face may happen. In some cases, temporary thinning also known as "shock loss" may happen. Itching, pain and numbness are some other side effects that may occur post a hair transplant procedure.
