Is Giving Chinese Herbal Medicines For Eczema Safe To Infant?

Is it safe for a 6-month-old baby to use chinese herbal medicine to cure ezcema? We live in Hong Kong. Grandparents want to try but we are hesitant, because it s said that chinese medicine herbs are often contaminated with heavy metal in farming and processing. We think it may not be safe for infants as vital organ are developing. Is my concern valid?

Hi friend. are you sure, your child has been suffering from eczema. It is not common in this age group. Taking chinese traditional medicine is a question very difficult to answer. It would be better if you could go to a dermatologist and give drugs only after the perfect diagnosis.
